mutton biryany

                        muton biryany bnane ke liye ham -500 gram mutton , 750- gram basmati rice ,garam msala pisa huwa  2 spoon , lal mirch pisi hui 1 spoon ,1/2 spoon  haldi pisi hui   adrakh garlic paste 4 bade spoon  ,250 gram barik kta huwa onion, adrakh ke lambe kate huwe tukde -10 gram ,10 gram kacha papaya paste , 5 - hari mirch kati hui, kta huwa hra dhaniya ,namak swada anusar  _ sabse pahle ham chawal ko pani se saaf  karke usko ham kisi bowl me pani me bhigo kar rakh dete hai karib 20 minute . uske bad  mutton ko ham kisi bartan me dal kar us me kacha papaya pest aache se mix karte hai uske bad ham us me  pisi hui haldi , pisa huwa lal mirch , aur adrakh garlic ka paste  garam masala pisa huwa ,   kati hari mirch namak swada anusar  sari samagri mutton me mix karke rakh dete hi. phir uske baad ek  bade bartan me -3 litter pani ko  garm karte hai jab pani boil hone  lage to usme bheege hue rice dal dete hai phir usko karib 5 minute tak pakate hai dhyan rakhe rice jyada na pake jab rice  pak jaye to use kisi kapde par phela kar fan  ke niche rakh de . uske bad ham  ek  kadhai me 100 gram oil le le phir us me kta huwa onion daal kar golden hone tak pkaye jab onion  pak jaye to use nikal le phir us kadhai me mix kiya huwa mutton dale aache se chlaye  our usme jo onion hamne nikali thi use usme se adhi onion  ham mutton me dal denge . phir ham 2-cup water mutton me add kar denge .phir ham usme chawal dal denge chawal ko hame chlana nahi hi .phir usme upar se garam masala ,aur  daal chini dale aur fry ki  hui onion  hara dhaniya adrakh ke tukde daal  de aur uske baad ham kadhai ko cover kr  defir  usko gunde  seal kar de taki steam na nikal pye aur bahut dhimi anch pe kareeb 45 minute  pakne de 45 minute ke baad hmari biriyani pak kar taiyar ho jayegi.
